Loadout

With the addition of the shop, there's equipment you can bring into mazes to help you progress, requiring a small amount of tickets per purchase. Once you've made a purchase, you can head over to the loadout bench where you'll see a backpack with 5 slots for items. You can drag and drop items into each slot, and if you change your mind, you can double click the item in a slot to return it to your storage.

Once you enter a case, the backpack at the entrance of the maze will have items nearby that you've brought in. You must pick up the items here in order to use them.

Even if you don't use an item that you've brought in, they'll be consumed when quitting, failing, or completing the case file. More equipment is expected to be added in the future.

Revival Bracer[]

The revival bracer costs 6 tickets and grants you one self-revive in a maze, which is useful for solo players, or players that get separated from their group.

Keep in mind if used, it must be done where one is downed (won't take you back to the entrance) so if any monsters are nearby, you may be attacked once revived. Therefore, for certain hardcore maps, like the Backrooms, one should only bring enough that everyone can carry one, as there's no returning to the entrance once the maze is entered.

Map[]

The map costs 1 ticket. It's held in your secondary hand (same hand as your glowsticks and compass), and must be held in order to chart your progress as you walk through the maze.

Flare Gun[]

Flare

The flare gun costs 3 tickets and is a single-use item.

You can fire the flare up in the air of outdoor mazes or down a corridor to mark an area for a short amount of time, but that may be the best use of your flare. The flares can also stun most monsters, allowing for a quick get-away if you're in a pinch.

Energy Drink[]

The Sprint energy drink costs 3 tickets and is a single-use item that boosts your speed temporarily. This can be useful for escaping most monsters.

Industrial Flashlight[]

The Industrial Flashlight costs 3 tickets. It is held in the same hand as the lantern and standard flashlight. It has a narrower beam, but the light extends much further than the standard flashlight.

M.P.A.S[]

The M.P.A.S costs 1 ticket. It is a single use item that once placed and enabled makes the compass always point in its direction. Can be helpful for marking the exit or other important point to navigate to with the compass.
